You found me because you're standing at an intersection in life, knowing you're meant for more but not quite sure what the next step looks like.
You're ready to let go of old stories, expectations, and versions of yourself that no longer fit who you're becoming.
As a coach, teacher, and guide, I'm here to help you find clarity, trust yourself, and move confidently toward the life you're here to create.
You didn't find me by accident, you were led here for a reason.
"Confidence has no competition" is my mantra (it's also the first tattoo I ever got).
To me, it means that when you are truly confident, you no longer need anything outside of yourself to validate whether you're winning in life.
For years, I found my confidence through fitness. It's why I became a fitness coach. In many ways, fitness is still how I feel confident, but my confidence is no longer grounded in 'how good I look'...it's anchored in how good I feel.
And that is what I want to teach you :).
A new way of being fit and fulfilled in life.
You are designed to feel good.
You are designed to have fun.
You are designed to be fit.
And you are designed to have it all...all at once!
That's how it's supposed to be ❤︎.
You are not here to prove your worth, suffer for success, or earn approval from others.
I believe your existence is proof of your worthiness, following your joy is the fastest path to success, & self-love dissolves all need for external validation.
You are already whole, it was the world who told you you were not.
I was married in 2011 and divorced in 2018. During this heart breaking event, I wasn't looking for love, but I believed I was worthy of a partner who respected and treasured me. I met Erik a few months later and he completely restored my faith in fairytales ❤︎. We have been together ever since (8+ years!).
This trifecta once felt heavy, but now I consider my super powers. ADHD supports my belief that everything is possible. Anxiety sharpens my discernment between what’s real or imagined. Hashimotos is my compass toward alignment – in order to avoid flare ups, anything that causes internal resistance (aka stress) has to go.
